I purchased Total AV just now , and I thought I was getting the whole package deal and now it says Real time Virus protection dissabled and wants you to upgrade, in saying that I got it for $18.00 dollars with the discount but will cancel it before it auto renews because of this.

I felt good about this purchase until I downloaded and tried to install it. After several tries I tried to get help but could not speak to a person . Thus I am very disappointed with this purchase. I gave a 4 Star rating but now I want to give a One Star Rating.

I didn't know how much data had been stored away until I used the scan option through the TOTAL AV! I had over 16,000 webpages, cookies, and other data that was clogging and taking up much needed space. Now, it is no longer lagging or buffering. It did the job, and I am thankful!
