I installed TotalAV and immediately my PC became unusable, because TotalAV was collecting information from my PC. I run MalwareBytes and detected TotalAV as threat and virus. I removed it and my PC, and my computer was back to normal again. My PC is i7 with 16GB RAM and SSD drive.
Now I am trying to cancel my subscription with TotalAV and is absolute nightmare. I had to rebuild my PC and I think I must change my credit card in order to cancel this subscription.

Having some trouble unlocking some of the extras I have purchased but Total AV has been helpful in resolving my issues.

upgraded the program to pro and after 2 days of scanning was clear of anything according to total AV,, I thought I should upgrade from MAcKeeper due I saw something funny program loaded to my system,,every time I remove it cam back,,the day after I installed this program I get hacked,,over $1000 out of my checking,,so no,,

Sounded really good, a real benefit.
But when I went to do the instructions, I got a lot of more advertising, and never got to how to eliminate the pop up ads from the side of the screen.

I have not purchased Total AV Protection. Yet this company charged my account $99.00 Canadian without my authorization. I am now in the process of telling them to credit my account. They have a special promotion on right now that you can subscribe for $19.00 - They have charged me $99.00!!! I want my money back!! I will let you know how all this turns out. Monik from Canada.

i think its a good program worth having as its easy to use and dose exactly what it says with one click. i recommend this one over thousands of others would give 5 star review but i still got a few more features to try first :) so far extremly happy and i found a discount on the net wich gave me mega savings so if you going to go premium search it up first as they have many great offers to get you started for the first year.

I like the protections and services your company provides. I feel I am in good hands, technically.
I do have a question about billing, however. I had been set up to pay for my service through PayPal, and did so, late in 2019. A few weeks ago, I was informed my account had lapsed, so I re-authorized it, as a new client. Did I pay more than I should have, or did my account lapse due to non=payment?

I LIKE AV SO FAR... EXCEPT FOR THE DUPLICATE FILES PART. IT DOES NOT WORK! I BOUGHT THE SYSTEM IN ORDER TO USE THAT FEATURE. SO I AM DISAPPOINTED. I'VE TRIED TO REACH Y'ALL TO FIX IT. BUT CAN'T REACH ANYONE TO GET HELP. THE OTHER PARTS WORK
