Too many upcharges

A total package should include all of the major packages and the company should not try and nickle and dime you to death. VPN should be part of the package and not extra. So far the program has worked ok.

The rating I have given (4) are based on the length of time in use: which are very short. The performance of Total AV continues, I can easily rate the performance a healthy (5). I believe, the performance will meet all of my expectation.

I have been using Total AV for a month only.
I hadtrusted the reviews, when I was chosing it.
Onboarding was a bit problematic due to thepushy additional sales activities, but all was sorted out.
I believe that is is a good AV SW, the only "issue" that it revs the CPU almost all the time.
It consumes a temporary 15-25% performance of the CPU (Intel i9 vPro).
Hopefully it will reduce, as hearing the vent spinning all the time is a bit annoying.
